I booked a room for myself, husband, and kids.When I called to make sure that we would have two beds I was told that there were no rooms with two available.

I asked about roll away beds and was told that there were none available. I was told by the *** who refused to tell me his name that he "doesn't know or care where my kids sleep". He also told me that I could "go ahead and cancel my reservations". I called a customer service number and was told to call another number that is not taking calls right now.

My trip is in 11 days and I don't know what the heck to do, since this is non refundable. I am so pissed off at the way I was treated by this man.

I am also upset that he did not offer any solutions.I will NEVER book at the Ramada, ever again.
