I stayed at the Ramada Plaza Capital Avenue in Atlanta in OCTOBER! I have been trying to receive a refund for my stay due to the horrible experience I had.

I have spoken with the GM with no luck. The hotel was dirty and the water knob in the bathroom was broken which led to my daughter being burnt. We were discriminated against in the restaurant and left to sit there while managers watched and did nothing. We were told we could not get a refund due to the fact that we booked on priceline.

I have sent email after email and no response!! Don't choose Ramada

Reason of review: Bad quality.

Monetary Loss: $600.

Preferred solution: Full refund.

I didn't like: Cleanliness, Customer service.
